Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bites
•1 cup puffed brown rice
•2/3 cup peanut butter
•2 scoops chocolate protein
•1/4 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup coconut oil .
1. Add peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a saucepan until combined.
2. Pour in puffed brown rice and stir until completely combined.
3. Transfer to a rectangular tupperware or glass baking dish, cover, and refrigerate until hard ( I refrigerate mine overnight).
Once they are firm, you should be able to cut through them with a knife and make them bite size.
