Cookie Dough Bites (V,GF)


These are MY FAVORITE snack/dessert/anytime treat. They taste like legit cookie dough, are gluten free, and are packed full of healthy fats to fuel you before a workout, as a snack, or to satisfy your sweet tooth.

These are also super versatile since you can add whatever you want in them (sprinkles, coconut, chocolate chips, raisins, etc.) Whatever you’re craving, you can tailor these bad boys

• 2/3 cup your nut butter of choice

• 1/2 cup coconut flour

• 1/4 cup maple syrup

• any toppings your heart desires
